Audio flows directly between browsers. Signalling passes through a
Durable Object scoped to your tenant, so you can only see and call extensions in your
own group — the same isolation the old context setting gave each customer.
Calls to the public phone network need a SIP trunk, which Cloudflare cannot terminate.
